CONGRATULATIONS TO HELEN ZENIOU WHO WINS BRONZE MEDAL AT THE WORLD BALLET CHAMPIONSHIPS IN NEW YORK

On 6 April, Helen Zeniou, along with 2 of her fellow ballerinas and teacher Sylvia Terzi, travelled from Cyprus to New York to take part in the VKIBC World Ballet Championships. The youngest of 32 contestants from all over the world, at only 9 years old, Helen was the youngest dancer competing. She so impressed the judges with her 2 outstanding ballet routines that she was awarded a Bronze medal. 

Her father Ellis said how proud he was of his daughter. ‘The dedication Helen puts into her ballet paid off. She sacrifices so much to be the best she can be. Special thanks to her amazing teacher Sylvia Terzi and congratulations also to the rest of the Cyprus team for their exceptional performances’
