Shaping Tottenham comes after Tottenham Voices, a 6 week in-depth community engagement with hundreds of young people, schools, businesses, creators, council partners on listening, learning about our communities and understanding what makes Tottenham special.

The findings generated will help to inform a ten year approach that will underpin how the Council works with partners and the community to build on the areas strengths and deliver positive change.

Shaping Tottenham sets out to be a one-Council approach to:

• Identifying and building on Tottenham’s strengths

• Understanding and tackling known and longstanding challenges

• Better harnessing opportunities for our residents over the next ten years.
