New lease ensures a bright future for Millfield Theatre – Enfield Council’s Cabinet has agreed that the lease for Millfield Arts Centre should be awarded to performance company Platinum Performing Arts, following a competitive bidding process.
This significant move ensures that Millfield House, Theatre and site will continue to serve the local community, offering a diverse range of arts and performance activities.
Platinum’s vision for the Millfield Arts Centre encompasses an inspiring mix of performances, workshops, classes, and community activities, contributing to the borough’s cultural infrastructure and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
The proposal to award the lease to Platinum Performing Arts was discussed by the Cabinet at a meeting on Wednesday, 13 March and is subject to call in.
