Detectives investigating an incident where a man posed as a police officer are today releasing CCTV images in connection.

At around 9.30am on Monday 11 March a man approached a woman at Hampstead Heath overground station.

The man claimed to be a police officer and when the woman said she didn’t believe him he became agitated and abusive and threatened her while grabbing at his crotch.

Officers believe the man in the images may have information which could assist their investigation.
