The incident occurred in an end of terraced house, consisting of two floors and a loft conversion. The buildings loft conversion and a lean to were completely destroyed by the fire. There are no reports of any injuries.

One of the Brigade’s 32m ladders was deployed to the scene to combat the flames from above.

The Brigade received three calls reporting the fire, with the first received at 2252. Crews had the incident under control by 0107, with firefighters from Enfield, Chingford, Edmonton and surrounding fire stations attending the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
