We’re proud to have been shortlisted for an LGC Awards 2024 in the ‘Future Places’ category. Brent Cross West station opened its doors 10 December 2023 and is the first new mainline station to be built in London in over a decade.

This project was led by Barnet Council, one of the first local authorities in England to deliver a rail infrastructure project. By delivering Brent Cross West, we are providing more sustainable travel options for everyone, and are enabling a brilliant gateway to Brent Cross Town, the 180-acre, £8bn net zero park town that is being delivered in partnership between Barnet Council and Related Argent. In future, the new neighbourhood will provide 6,700 new homes, create 25,000 jobs, and provide retail, leisure and community facilities all within the footprint of predominantly underused industrial areas.
