Syed Emdad (05.02.99) of Wyke Road, E3 and Mohammed Ashar Miah (25.10.00) of Shandy Street, E1 were sentenced to more than 11 years at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday, 7 February.
Both had previously been convicted following a trial at the same court in November 2023.
Detectives from north London carried out a covert investigation which identified a group of men running a drug supply operation across Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Islington.
Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney, head of CID in Tower Hamlets and Hackney, said: “We have listened carefully to those who live and work in this area about the very real impact drug dealing and the associated antisocial behaviour has had on them.
“Our extensive investigation has led to a total of five men being sentenced and we will continue to work with our communities and partners to disrupt the supply of drugs on our streets.”
Three others were previously sentenced as part of the same investigation:
Shumon Miah, 25 (25.09.97), of Arrow Road, Tower Hamlets, was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for conspiracy to supply crack-cocaine, conspiracy to supply heroin and possession of criminal property.
Nasir Ahmed, 24 (11.06.98), of Killick Way, Tower Hamlets, was sentenced to seven and a half years for conspiracy to supply crack-cocaine, conspiracy to supply heroin and possession of criminal property.
Shuhan Ahmed, 24 (23.04.98), of Stepney Way, Tower Hamlets, was sentenced to five years and three months for conspiracy to supply crack-cocaine and conspiracy to supply heroin.
