† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT –  FUNERAL

Kyriacos Spyrou Georgiou (Pitzolis)

With great sadness and hearts broken, we announce that our dearly beloved

husband, devoted father, brother and uncle, Kyriacos, passed away peacefully on 20th December aged 86.

He leaves behind wife Panayiota, son Spyros, brother Yiannis, nephews, nieces, and many more relatives and friends.

Kyriacos was well known in our community as committee member of the Komi Kebir Association
and their football club PAOK later renamed Komi Kebir as well as a member of the KOPA League and was registration secretary for several years.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 17th January at the Greek

Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist, Wightman Road, London N8 0LY,

at 12pm followed by the burial and wake at the Edmonton Cemetery, Church Street, N9 9HP at 1.30pm.

Floral tributes may be sent to Demetriou and English, 131-133 Myddleton Rd, London N22 8NG by 9am on 17/1/23.  A collection box will also be available for those wishing to make a donation in support of Kyriacos’ widow, instead of flowers.

Με μεγάλη θλίψη και ραγισμένες καρδιές, ανακοινώνουμε ότι ο πολυαγαπημένος μας σύζυγος, ο αφοσιωμένος πατέρας, ο αδερφός και ο θείος μας Κυριάκος, άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή ειρηνικά στις 20 Δεκεμβρίου σε ηλικία 86 ετών.

Αφήνει πίσω τη σύζυγο του Παναγιώτα, τον γιο του Σπύρο, τον αδελφό του Γιάννη, ανιψιούς, ανίψια και πολλούς ακόμη συγγενείς και φίλους.

Η νεκρώσιμος ακολουθία θα τελεστεί την Τετάρτη 17 Ιανουαρίου από τον

ιερό ναό Αγίου Ιωάννη του Βαπτιστή, Hornsey / Haringey, Wightman Road,

London N8 0LY, στις 12 μ.μ. και στη συνέχεια θα ακολουθήσουν η ταφή και η παρηγοριά στο κοιμητήριο του Έντμοντον, Church Street, N9 9HP, στις 1:30 μ.μ.

Λουλούδια μπορούν να σταλούν στο Demetriou and English, 131-133

Myddleton Rd, London N22 8NG έως τις 9 π.μ. στις 17/1/23.

Αντί για λουλούδια ένα κουτί συλλογής θα είναι διαθέσιμο για όσους επιθυμούν να κάνουν εισφορές για τη στήριξη της χήρας του Κυριάκου.
