Cyprus Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos discussed with his Palestinian counterpart Riyad al Maliki the humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza, via the prospect of dedicated maritime routes.

The meeting took place in the margins of the Foreign Affairs Council and as Kombos posted on platform X, he stressed need to revive Middle East peace process, on the basis of a two-state solution in line with UNSC resolutions.

“Discussed urgency of scaling up humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza including via the prospect of dedicated maritime routes”, he also posted.
