† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT – FUNERAL
Loulla Kalli

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Loulla Kalli, who sadly passed away, on 9th December 2023, at the age of 89.

Loulla was a dearly loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She leaves behind her children, Chris and Sophia, son in law George, daughter in law Toni, three grandchildren Nikolas, Christopher and Erini, five great grandchildren, family and friends.

Loulla was born in Kato Drys and travelled to England in 1953 where she met and married George Kalli.
They built a life together working side by side in their restaurant business and raising their family. They remained happily married for the duration of their lives.

Loulla loved people and was warm and welcoming to all who knew her. There are no words to express how deeply she will be missed. She never failed to make us laugh and we will cherish these moments the most.

“She will remain forever and always in our hearts.”

Her funeral will take place on Friday 22nd December 2023, at 10:00am, at St Katherine’s Church, Friern Barnet Lane N20 0NL, followed by the burial at New Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road N11 1JJ. The wake will be held at the Ariana Banqueting Hall, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South N11 1GN.

Λούλλα Καλλή

Με βαθιά θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε τον θάνατο της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας, Λούλλας Καλλή, η οποία δυστυχώς έφυγε από τη ζωή, στις 9 Δεκεμβρίου 2023, σε ηλικία 89 ετών.

Η Λούλα ήταν μια πολύ λατρεμένη μητέρα, γιαγιά και προγιαγιά. Καταλείπει τα παιδιά της, Κρις και Σοφία, τον γαμπρό της Γιώργο, τη νύφη της Τόνι, τρία εγγόνια τον Νικόλα, τον Χριστόφορο και την Ειρίνη,πέντε δισέγγονα, οικογένεια και φίλους.

Η Λούλλα γεννήθηκε στον Κάτω Δρυ και ταξίδεψε στην Αγγλία το 1953 όπου γνώρισε και παντρεύτηκε τον Γιώργο Καλλή. Έφτιαξαν μια ζωή μαζί δουλεύοντας πλάι-πλάι στην επιχείρηση του εστιατορίου τους και μεγαλώνοντας την οικογένειά τους. Έμειναν παντρεμένοι και ευτυχισμένοι για όλη τη διάρκεια της ζωής τους.

Η Λούλα αγαπούσε τους ανθρώπους της και ήταν ζεστήκαι φιλόξενη σε όλους όσοι τη γνώριζαν. Δεν υπάρχουν λόγιαγια να εκφράσουμε πόσο βαθιά θα μας λείψει.
Ποτέ δεν σταμάτησε να μας κάνει να γελάμε και θα θυμόμαστε αυτές τις στιγμές για πάντα.

«Θα είναι για πάντα στις καρδιές μας».

Η κηδεία της θα γίνει την Παρασκευή 22 Δεκεμβρίου 2023, στις 10:00 π.μ., από τον ιερό ναό Αγίας Αικατερίνης, Barnet, Friern Barnet Lane, London N20 0NL, και θα ακολουθήσει
η ταφή στο κοιμητήριο New Southgate, Brunswick Park Road N11 1JJ. Η παρηγοριά θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Ariana Banqueting Hall, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South N11 1GN.
