Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire at a coffee shop on The Broadway in Hornsey.

Part of the ground floor was damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.

The Brigade was called at 2203 and the fire was under control by 2336. Fire crews from Kentish Town, Islington, Hornsey and Stoke Newington fire stations attended the scene.

The cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental and caused by an electrical fault involving wiring.
