Gorleston made the long trip to East London, where they faced New Salamis. The Coles Park side had only one win from their previous seven, whilst the Greens had lost their last four on the road, so we expected this one to be close. New Salamis took the lead on fifteen minutes through Micah Jackson, and they were handed another advantage when the Greens had Connor Deeks dismissed seventeen minutes from time. The hosts took that advantage, and made it two-nil with eight minutes left, Ronan Ismaili making the points safe and taking his side up to fourteenth.
