The Nicosia derby between Omonia and Apoel ended with both teams playing with ten men each and and all three goals being scored in the first half giving Omonia a 2-1 win with their goals coming from Kakoullis and Simicin the 11th and 38th minute and Efrem scoring for Apoel in the 44th minute.
League leaders and our only european hopefuls Aris thrashed newly promoted and bottom of the table AEZ 5-0.
In the Larnaca derby between the two Famagusta clubs New Salamis and Anorthosis drew 2-2. Anorthosis were leading 2-0 and New Salamis fought back and equalised in added time.
AEL were leading Pafos 1-0 away from home but the hosts Pafos fought back to win 3-1
