Top of the table Apollon won their second game of the season beating Apoel 2-1. Its the third defeat on the trot for Apoel and they really need as a matter of urgency they need to improve.
as they are bottom of the table yet Apoel took the lead as early as the second minute but only held it for six minutes when Apollon ewualised through Jradi and took the lead in the added time of the first hslf through Souza.
Much improved Olympiakos held AEL to a 1-1 draw at home. The goals came from Edgar Salli and Santos.
The newcomers to the first division newly promoted PAEEK and Aris held each other to a 0- 0 draw.

Pafos held out to a 1-1 draw with second placed AEK both goals coming with a spell of five minutes Trikovski scoring in the 52nd minute for AEK and Dragomir equalising in the 57th minute for Pafos.
Omonia struggled to beat Doxa 2 – 1 they were losing 1-0 when Avto scored in the 72nd minute for Doxa and Omonia came back to score in added time one a penalty through Duris and Lecjacks.
After losing to Doxa in their last game Anorthosis bounced back to beat Ethnikos 2-1 their goals coming from Artymatas and Christodoulopoulos and Doxa reduced the score with an own goal.
