Key tips include:
- Please try to heat your home to at least 18oC if you have reduced mobility, a health condition e.g. heart or lung disease, or if you are aged 65+. This includes overnight.
- Have hot drinks regularly, and at least one hot meal a day.
- Have stocks of food and medicines ready so you don’t need to go out in extremely cold weather.
- Check on older and vulnerable neighbours and relatives to make sure they’re OK.
