Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the annual fundraising dinner in memory of Maria Nicolaou Adamou, who sadly lost her battle with cancer four years ago at the age of 46, will unfortunately not be taking place this year.
All proceeds from previous events, organised by Parikiaki newspaper together with the Cypriot Women’s League, have been donated to Radiomarathon for people with special needs.
Over the past few months, Maria’s family reached out to the community kindly asking that these much needed donations continue, either through the purchase of raffle tickets or donations direct to the charity. They are pleased to announce that all raffle tickets have now been sold with the winners draw took place today at the Cypriot Community Centre 15th December 2020.
The winning tickets were First prize Barbecue donated by Tony Yerolemou,winner ticket 158 Second prize £100 Jewellery voucher from Cos of London winning ticket 0341 won by Costas Solomou third and fourth prizes cases of wine each won by Polly Parberi ticket number 0977 and Vasos Artheos ticket number 1017.

They also like to thank Star Lettings, Chris Michael and Magic homes for their large donations.
