There was a police presence in Islington this afternoon after a man with a stab wound was found by BTP officers.

They found the man in Blackstock Road, N5, at around 16.30hrs, 9 May 2019.
London Ambulance Service was called and the victim – a man in his 20s – has been taken to hospital.

We await an update on his condition.
There have been no arrests at this early stage.
A police cordon remained in place while initial enquiries took place
