Officers from our Sexual Offences Unit are looking to trace a man after a 25-year-old man was sexually assaulted in a toilet at Charing Cross station.

At around 8.15pm on Saturday 10 December, the man visited the toilets at the station. Whilst in the toilets, a man touched the victim inappropriately and exposed himself.

The victim then reported the sexual assault to station staff and police.

We are now releasing CCTV of a man we would like to speak with in connection. Do you know who he is?

Investigating officer Detective Constable Donna Fox, said: “We simply will not tolerate unwanted sexual behaviour on the transport network and we are working tirelessly to trace the person responsible. This was a highly distressing ordeal for this victim.

“I’d like to hear from anyone who recognises this man or who may have noticed a man acting suspiciously in or near the men’s toilets at Charing Cross on this evening. If you are ever a victim of sexual assault, please report it to us so we can trace and stop these perpetrators.”
