Detectives continue to appeal for information and witnesses following the death of a motorcyclist in a collision on Christmas Eve.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 12:44hrs on Saturday, 24 December, to reports of a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Holloway Road at the junction with Jackson Road, N7.

Officers attended and found the 34-year-old motorcyclist with a head injury. He was taken to an east London hospital where he died on 25 December. Next of kin have been informed, but officers await formal identification and a post-mortem examination.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene. There has been no arrest.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or the events leading up to the collision, to come forward and assist them with their enquires.
