Detectives in Enfield are appealing for information and witnesses after six men were stabbed in a mass brawl.

Police were called at 04:34hrs on Sunday, 4 December to reports of a large brawl involving 15 to 30 men in Rivermead Road at the junction with Harbet Road, N18, near the Box H9 Nightclub where a music event was being held.

Six men, aged in their late teens and early 20s, were stabbed. None are in a serious condition.

At this early stage in the investigation it is not known if those involved in the brawl had attended the music event.

Detective Inspector Chris Rixon, from Enfield CID, said: “This was a large scale fight which would have been seen by people who were at the busy nightclub and in the area. Luckily no one was critically injured in the attack.

“We would appeal to anyone with any information or any witnesses to come forward and speak to police or to Crimestoppers anonymously.”
