Police were called by LAS at around 01:20hrs on Sunday, 27 December to reports of a female in her 20s stabbed at an address in Rahere House, Central Street, EC1.

Officers and LAS attended and found the woman, aged 22, in the car park outside the venue suffering a serious stab wound. She was taken to hospital for treatment, her injury is described as not life threatening.

A crime scene was traced to a flat inside the address.

Officers from Islington CID are investigating.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
