Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision in Enfield.

 

Officers were called at approximately 14:20hrs on Friday, 18 December to Bullsmoor Lane, Enfield following reports of a collision between a lorry and a pedestrian.

 

The London Ambulance Service also attended the scene.

 

The pedestrian, a 68-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

Next of kin have been informed. Formal identification awaits.

 

A post-mortem examination took place at Haringey Mortuary on Tuesday, 22 December and gave cause of death as multiple injuries.

 

The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene. There have been no arrests.

 

Officers from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating and ask anyone who witnessed the collision, or the events leading up to the collision, to contact them on 020 8597 4874.
