Parents whose children are due to start primary school next September are being urged to make sure they get their applications in on time using Islington Council’s online application system.

If your child was born between 1 September 2011 and 31 August 2012, you need to make your application online before the deadline of 15 January 2016.

Anyone needing one-to-one support with the online form is asked to contact the School Admissions team on 020 7527 5515.

Cllr Joe Caluori, executive member for children and families, said: “Islington’s primary schools offer a truly high-quality education and a rich and rewarding school experience.

“As a result, our schools are very popular, so please be sure to apply for each child in good time. It’s best to use all of your six choices.”

Free internet access is available at local libraries and on the public access computers at the customer centre at 222 Upper Street.
