Turkish Cypriot daily Gunes newspaper (31.12.14) reports that Alarko Holding will make a 100 million dollar investment in occupied Yialousa village.

According to statements of Alarko Holding’s CEO Ayhan Yavrucu, the project is still under development, but the plan is to build a hotel unit in occupied Yialousa at a “magnificent coast”, as he stated. The hotel is going to cost between 80-100 million dollars and its first phase is expected to be completed in 2016.
