Cyprus and the United Kingdom signed here on Monday an annual military cooperation programme for 2014, which provides for cooperation of their armed forces on sharing of expertise, joint exercises, participation in seminars and search and rescue issues.

An official press release said that the programme was signed by the Defence Minister of Cyprus Photis Photiou and the British High Commissioner John Christopher William (Matthew) Kidd.
