A 14-year-old pupil has been found hanged in the grounds of a secondary school in Pembrokeshire.
The boy was discovered in a wooded area of Pembroke School on Thursday afternoon.
Dyfed-Powys Police said the boy’s family had been informed along with the coroner.
“Police school liaison officers have been working with the school to ensure the well-being of the rest of the pupils,” said police in a statement.
Officers were called at 14:00 GMT and the woods, close to the school’s reception, were sealed off.
The school – a mixed comprehensive with over 1,380 pupils between the ages of 11-18 – will be open on Friday, its website said.
