Police are appealing for assistance in tracing a vulnerable man who has been missing from Islington since Christmas Day, Tuesday 25 December.

Cyrille Briere, 36, is described as a white man with short dark hair in a side parting. When last seen he was wearing a red woollen V-neck jumper with a blue shirt underneath and a black 3/4 length “marine” style coat with buttons on the front with a small collar. He was also wearing black/green corduroy trousers and black shoes.

Cyrille was last seen at approx. 09:30hrs walking northbound on Holloway Road, N5 towards Drayton Park.

Family members have become increasing worried about him. Cyrille only speaks French and is likely to ask members of the public for a cigarette.

Anyone who has seen Cyrille or knows of his whereabouts should call Islington Police on 101 or Missing People on 0500 700 700.
