Larnaca Municipality and Larnaca Tourism Development and Promotion Company, in cooperation with Natan Uretsky tourist operator, will organize on Friday June 17 a ceremony of 170 civil weddings, which is the biggest number of civil marriages ever held around the world in one day.

During the ceremony, which will take place at Larnaca Medieval Castle square, civil marriages of Israelis and Russians will take place. They will arrive at Larnaca port from Haifa. The total number of people expected to arrive to the island for the ceremony will reach 600 and includes the couples, their relatives, friends as well as artists from Israel.

Larnaca Mayor and Chairman of the Larnaca Tourism Development and Promotion Company Dinos Lefkaritis will address the ceremony.
