TURKISH Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday told English-language newspaper Today’s Zaman that he would like to visit both the north of Cyprus as well as the Republic of Cyprus, with his Greek counterpart Demetris Droutsas.

“It doesn’t matter which side we visit first but the importance lies in visiting them together in order to prepare the groundwork for a solution to the Cyprus problem,” said Davutoglu.

“We are always interested in such a thing,” added Davutoglu, stressing that the idea is for the two them to go together.
