† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT 

Vasos Pittalis 

(From Agios Ioannis, Agros) 

Our beloved Vasos Pittalis passed on the 9th April 2020 at the age of 84, born in Agios Ioannis, Agros in Cyprus and moved to London at the age of 17 where he resided. He is survived by his wife, Skeva, children Helen, Nicki, John and Rena, grandchildren Melissa, Michael, Maria, Alex, Vasilis, great grandchildren Marcos and Elaina, brothers, sisters and other beloved relatives. 

The funeral will take place on the 14th of May 2020, 1pm, at Twelve Apostles Greek Orthodox Church, Brookmans Park followed by the burial at Cheshunt Cemetery. 

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic there will be a very small private funeral with only immediate family. Flowers may be sent by the 13th May to:

Βάσος Πιττάλης (από τον Άγιο Ιωάννη, Aγρός) Ο πολυαγαπημένος μας Βάσος Πιττάλης απεβίωσε στο Λονδίνο στις 9 Απριλίου 2020 σε ηλικία 84 ετών. Γεννημένος στον Άγιο Ιωάννη του Αγρού στην Κύπρο, μετέβηκε στο Λονδίνο όταν ήταν μόλις 17 χρονών. Οι τεθλιμμένοι, σύζυγος Σκεύα, παιδιά Ελένη, Νίκη, Γιάννης και Ρένα, εγγόνια Μελίσσα, Μιχάλης, Μαρία, Άλεξ και Βασίλης, και δισέγγονα Μάρκος και Ελαίνα, αδέλφια και λοιποί συγγενείς. Η κηδεία θα γίνει στην Ορθόδοξη Εκκλησία των Δώδεκα Αποστόλων στο Μπρούκμανς Πάρκ στις 14 Μαίου 2020 στις 1.00μμ. Θα ακολουθήσει ταφή στο Κοιμητήριο Τσιέσχαντ. Λόγω της επιδημίας του Κορονοϊού, η κηδεία θα γίνει σε πολύ στενό οικογενειακό κύκλο.
