Anorthosis are levels on points  at the top of the table with Omonia. Anorthosis drew 2-2 with Nea Salamina. and what an exciting game that was with a goal scored a minute in  the third and fourth minute New Salamis took the lead through Jay Simpson and Anorthosis equalised with Rayo, Anorthosis retook the lead in the 65th minute and Eloundou equalised for the red’s in the 75th minute.

Omonia of Nicosia beat Limassol rival’s AEL 1-0 with a goal from Matt Derbyshire in the 3rd minute and held on to the win for 87 minutes.

Apollon spoilt Apoel’s day in Limassol  by holding them to a 1-1 draw when they scored late in the game in the 87th minute, Merkis scored a goal in the 54th minute to give Apoel the lead.

Enosis Neon Paralimniou did well to draw with Pafos 1-1 even although they played the last 15 minutes with ten men when Mouldazimas was sent off and they equalised in added time Theodorou, Pafos had taken the lead in the 33rd minute.

Olympiakos won their first game of the season and they did it in style when they beat Ethnikos Achna 4-0 two goals came from Duventru, Zachariou and Ayite.

In Friday’s game AEK beat Doxa 2-1 Trikovski scored the first goal for AEK Larnaca and Doxa equalised in the 76th minute with Benjamin and their player Call was sent off in the 80th minute.with AEK eventualy scoring a winning goal with Keaveny in added time.
