Anthony Pepe have had a highly successful run at the ESTAs (the Estate and Letting Agent Awards) in the past, but every year they see it as a new challenge. A challenge to continuously improve their service for all their clients. They’re not an agent who is happy with the status quo; They believe in leading the industry, being the agent that others aspire to match.

They’re always proud to be nominated for any award, but the ESTAs are special as they are voted for by you, their clients. They are the largest independent customer service awards for the residential property industry in the UK. As a team, entering these awards gives us an insight into how our clients really believe we’re performing. Not only that, we’re judged against our competitors this event took place at the Grosvenor Park Lane.

We find it very motivating to see what our hard work and achievements have resulted in, and to have them recognised.

They’re happy to announce that they didn’t come away empty-handed. There was an immense amount of pride for their team when it was announced that they had won the Best Local Estate Agency Group – London. Not only that, we also walked away with Silver for the Best Local Lettings Agency Group in the UK.

These were not their only awards for the night, as they were recognised for their region in both estate agency and two awards in lettings, one voted by landlords and the other by tenants. Rena Georgiou from their Crouch End branch also came away with a People Award.
