BTP officers investigating an assault at Tottenham Court Road station on the London Underground are today releasing CCTV images.

The incident happened in the station entrance at 4.30am on Saturday 27 April.

A man is reported to have been attacked by two men and a woman after refusing to hand them a cigarette. The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered cuts to his head and neck, and a black eye.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray following the attack. He has since been released while officers carry out further enquiries.

Officers are now releasing images of another man who they would like to speak to.
