Tom Loizou the Haringey Borough manager while at home was taken ill with a heart problem on Wednesday an ambulance was called and he wa taken to hospital where he had an operation for a pacemaker.
He is now at home recovering.

Speaking to Parikiaki he said “He has not been well recently and had breathing problems but now he has a pacemaker he feels better and will soon be back setting a new pace for his team.

Tom is having a very successful time as the manager of Haringey Borough they got promoted to the Bostik Premier last season for the first time in their history.They are currently sitting pretty in second place in the Premier League and have led the table several times this season.

This season they also reached for the first time the first round proper of the FA Cup and played in a highly publicised
live TV match versus AFC Wimbledon which they narrowly lost 1-0 with the goal being scpred in added time.

Parikiaki would like to wish Tom Loizou a speedy recovery and to see him back at Haringey Borough very soon.
