Anorthosis announced the appointment of a new manager, 49 year-old Dutchman Jurgen Streppel who replaces the Israeli Rony Levi.

Streppel

As a player, he served Helmond Sport, RKC Waalwijk, and Telstar.Before moving to sc Heerenveen as manager, Streppel managed Helmond Sport and Willem II. His contract with sc Heerenveen was not extended after the 2017/2018

In 2016 he moved to Heerenveen where he stayed until June 2018 when his contract was not renewed by the Dutch first division side.

Streppel arrived with assistant coach Patrick Greveras on a one-year contract.
