On Monday 12th February 2018, the High Court granted an interim injunction for 3 months to Enfield Council forbidding anyone (Persons Unknown Driving onto the Land and Depositing Waste) from:

(1)     Entering and/or occupying any part of the Land identified on Plan 1 and 2 at sites lettered A to H with any vehicle whether for the purposes of disposal of waste and materials or otherwise, other than when driving through the Borough of Enfield or in compliance with the Parking Orders regulating the use of car parks or with express permission from the owners of the Land.;
(2)     Bringing on to the Land identified on Plan 1 and 2 at sites lettered A to H any caravans/mobile homes or any other vehicles other than if driving through the Borough of Enfield or in compliance with the Parking Orders regulating the use of car parks or with express permission from the owners of the Land.
(3)     Bringing on to the Land identified on Plan 1 and 2 at sites lettered A to H any vehicle whether for the purposes of disposal of waste and materials or otherwise, other than when driving through the Borough of Enfield or in compliance with the Parking Orders regulating the use of car parks or with express permission from the owners of the Land.

The Injunction Order contains a Penal Notice which means anyone breaching it will be in contempt of court and may be forcibly evicted from the land by the Police.
