Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at approximately 16:40hrs on Sunday, 6 November to reports of a man suffering head injuries in a damaged car in Green Lanes, N15.

The man – no further details – has been taken to hospital for treatment; he remains there in a serious condition.

Officers are working to establish the exact location where the man received his injuries but it is believed it is linked to a march and demonstration taking place in the Green Lanes area of Haringey this afternoon.

No arrests; enquiries continue.
