We are saddened to announce the death of our beloved mother,
grandmother, great grandmother and sister, Cleopatra Georgiou.
Cleopatra, (Patra) was born in Cyprus, in 1932 and moved to London in 1955, where she married Charalambos, her husband of 67 years.
She built a life filled with love, kindness and unwavering generosity. Our mother’s presence will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
“Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.”
She leaves behind her son Costa, and daughter in law Jenny, daughter Elizabeth, and son in law John, grandchildren Nicholas, Charles, Cleopatra,
Sophia and George, and 4 great grandchildren.
The funeral will take place on Friday 21st March 2025, at St Katherine’s
Greek Orthodox Church, Friern Barnet Lane, N20 0NL, at 11.30am.
The burial will follow, at 1.30pm, at Hendon Cemetery, Holders Hill Road,
NW7 1NB. We will be returning to the church hall for the wake.
Instead of flowers a donation box will be available at the church for
Great Ormond St Hospital /St Katherines Church.

Με μεγάλη θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε τον θάνατο της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας,
γιαγιάς, προγιαγιάς και αδερφής, Κλεοπάτρας Γεωργίου.
Η Κλεοπάτρα, (Πάτρα) γεννήθηκε στην Κύπρο το 1932 και μετακόμισε στο
Λονδίνο το 1955, όπου παντρεύτηκε τον επί 67 χρόνια σύζυγό της, Χαράλαμπο.
Έχτισε μια ζωή γεμάτη αγάπη, καλοσύνη και ακλόνητη γενναιοδωρία.
Η παρουσία της μητέρας μας θα λείψει πολύ σε όλους όσους είχαν
το προνόμιο να τη γνωρίσουν.
«Η μνήμη της θα ζει στις καρδιές όλων εκείνων που την αγάπησαν».
Καταλείπει τον γιο της Κώστα, και τη νύφη της Τζένη, την κόρη της Ελισάβετ
και τον γαμπρό της Γιάννη, τα εγγόνια της Νικόλα, Xαράλαμπο,
Κλεοπάτρα, Σοφία και Γιώργο και 4 δισέγγονα.
Η κηδεία θα τελεστεί την Παρασκευή 21 Μαρτίου 2025, από
τον Ιερό Ναό Αγίας Αικατερίνης, Friern Barnet Lane, N20 0NL, στις 11.30πμ.
Η ταφή θα ακολουθήσει, στη 1.30μμ, στο Hendon Cemetery, Holders Hill Road, NW7 1NB. Θα επιστρέψουμε στην αίθουσα της εκκλησίας για την παρηγοριά.
Αντί για λουλούδια θα υπάρχει στην εκκλησία ένα κουτί εισφορών για το
Great Ormond St Hospital και τον Ιερό Ναό Αγίας Αικατερίνης.
