IFE, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, returns to Excel London on 17–19 March, packed with innovative new products, insightful discussions, and countless opportunities to network with industry peers.
For over 40 years, IFE has been a must-attend trade event for retailers, wholesalers, hospitality professionals, and more to discover the latest trends and products shaping the UK and international food & drink landscape. With its focus on innovation and quality, IFE continues to provide a vital platform for industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and share insights that drive their businesses forward.
With 15 exciting food & drink zones to explore, there’s something for every corner of the industry. From speciality foods to plant-based innovation, the event reflects the breadth and diversity of the sector. The Fresh Produce Section, in partnership with the Fresh Produce Consortium, is set to expand further in 2025, bringing even more products to discover. ALAMBRA- PETROU BROS DAIRY PRODUCTS LTD

ALAMBRA, produced by Petrou Bros Dairy Products, offers an extensive range of dairy products including Halloumi cheese, Halloumi Light, Fresh and Dry Anari Cheese, Grated Cheese, Butter Ghee, Airani, Feta Cheese, and various yoghurts. The company also produces the successful brand “The Granny,” featuring Halloumi Cheese made from 100% sheep and goat milk, Traditional Pure Yoghurt from 100% sheep milk, Trahanas soup, and Traditional Airani Drink.
Since 2004, Petrou Bros has expanded its offerings by importing a variety of international cheeses such as Edam, Gouda, Mozzarella, Kefalotyri, Feta, and Parmesan, alongside other dairy products. In 2019, they launched a new range under the ALAMBRA brand, including Milk, Organic Milk, Goat’s Milk, Vegetable Drinks, and Juices. The company’s diverse product portfolio now exceeds 300 items, catering to markets in Cyprus and beyond.

The OLYMPUS halloumi cheese plant, located in the Industrial Area of Tseri, represents a state-of-the-art facility with pioneering and innovative production methods for Cyprus. As the first company to prioritise both the quality and safety of superior products alongside high production capacity, OLYMPUS sets a new benchmark in halloumi production.
OLYMPUS Halloumi is made in Cyprus using traditional methods, combining cow and sheep’s milk sourced from local farms, with the addition of mint for authentic flavour. Renowned for its taste and versatility, it is a perfect accompaniment to any meal.
Achnagal Ltd

Achnagal Dairies Industry, established in 1977 by Lefteris Eleftheriou in Cyprus, began as a traditional, family-run business. Inspired by his studies abroad and a commitment to superior quality, Lefteris founded the company to produce authentic Cypriot cheeses like Halloumi and Kefalotyri. Initially operating from a small factory in the backyard of the Eleftheriou family home, using milk from their own sheep and goats, the business quickly grew.
By 1980, increasing demand led to a move to a larger, state-of-the-art facility, enabling expanded exports to markets such as the United Kingdom and Kuwait. Today, Achnagal Dairies operates from a modern facility in Cyprus, meeting HACCP and EU standards to ensure clean and safe production. The family also runs Eleftheriou Bros LTD, a cattle farm dedicated to supplying high-quality milk for Achnagal’s cheeses, further cementing their commitment to excellence and tradition.
GREECE
Stohos Foods
Stohos serves as the parent company to several brands offering a diverse range of food products. With a focus on high-quality meat-based products, the company caters to both the food service and retail sectors, providing flexible solutions to meet all market demands.
Their product range includes raw and cooked frozen ready-made convenience items, such as chicken and pork souvlaki, stuffed burgers, breaded chicken, and much more, designed to address the growing demand from time-conscious consumers.
