Coca Cola Cup Quarter Finals in Cyprus

Omonia Nicosia qualified for the semi-finals of the Coca-Cola Cup on Tuesday night, defeating AEL 3-0 at the GSP, in a match that began the quarter-finals of the competition.
Omonia opened the scoring in the first minute of injury time of the first half when Semedo scored a goal with a header from an AEL player and the ball went into the net. The Nicosia team made it 2-0 in the 68th minute with a header from Stepinski,and Omonia also scored a third goal in the 4th minute of injury time with a goal from Loizos.
Apollon qualified for the semi-finals of the Coca-Cola Cup on Wednesday night, defeating Anorthosis 3-1 away at the Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium in Larnaca.
Dion opened the scoring for Apollon in the 7th minute. In the 22nd minute, Weisbeck made it 2-0, while in the 46th minute, Dion again scored the third goal for the visiting team.In the 82nd minute, Gyurtso reduced the score to 3-1 for Anorthosis.
AEK Larnaca qualified for the semi-finals of the Coca-Cola Cup on Wednesday night, defeating Enosis Paralimni 3-0 at the “Tasos Markou” Stadium,AEK made it 1-0 in the 2nd minute of injury time of the first half with an own goal. After a pass from Chacon, the ball hit Fliter and ended up in the net for an own goal.. Before the end of the injury time, AEK scored a second goal, with a shot from Milicevic.In the second half, AEK scored a third goal in the 69th minute with a free kick from Cabrera.
Paphos became the fourth team to advance to the semi-finals of the Coca-Cola Cup.
In a thriller game at GSP with APOEL, which lasted three hours, Paphos got the ticket to the qualification by winning on penalties by 5-4.
Ninety minutes and half an hour extra time ended in a 1-1 draw. Manoli (39′) scoring first for Apoel and Anderson (66′) scored with a penalty in normal time.
The Croatian Pafos goalkeeper Ivica Ivusic saved the fifth and sixth penalties. For APOEL, Abagna missed the penalty that would have given victory to the blue and yellow.
