Paphos FC, Omonia and Ethnicos Achnas achieved great victories on Sunday for Match Day 2 of the Cyprus CYTA Football League.

Paphos defeated AEL Larnaca with 2-0 in AEK Arena, Omonia beat Nea Salamina with 3-2 in Ammochostos-Epistrofi Stadium and finally, Ethnicos achieved a great win over APOEL with 3-1 in GSP Stadium.

On Saturday, AEL beat Omonia Aradippou with 1-0, Apollonas achieved an important away victory over Anorthosis in Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium and Karmiotissa beat away Paralimni with 1-0.

Finally, on Friday at the first game of Match Day 2, Aris defeated Omonia 29M with 1-0 in Alphamega Stadium.
