We sadly announce that UK Cypriot Florentia Michael has passed away

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our mother and grandmother, Florentia Michael, who passed away on Monday 29th April 2024, at the age of 83.
She leaves behind her daughters Kika and Donna grandchildren Odysseas,
Stelios and Florentina, sons in law Lambros and Zacharias, along with many relatives and friends..
She was a lovely person who came to the UK in the late 50’s and she met her husband Mavroudis.

The funeral will take place on Monday 13th May 2024, (the same day that her husband died in 2015) at 12.30 p.m, at the Greek Orthodox Church Panayia, Wood Green, Trinity Road, London N22 8LB, followed by the burial at New Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road, New Southgate, N11 1JJ, at 2.30pm. The wake will be held at The Penridge Suite, 470 Bowes Road, New Southgate, N11 1NL
Instead of floral contributions, donations to be made for the Heart Foundation and for other charities.

Με μεγάλη θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε τον θάνατο της μητέρας και γιαγιάς μας, Φλωρεντίας Μιχαήλ, που έφυγε από τη ζωή τη Δευτέρα 29 Απριλίου 2024, σε ηλικία 83 ετών.
Καταλείπει τις κόρες της Κίκα και Αντωνία, τα εγγόνια της Οδυσσέα, Στέλιο και Φλωρεντίνα, τους γαμπρούς της Λάμπρο και Ζαχαρία, καθώς και πολλούς συγγενείς και φίλους.
Ήταν ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος που ήρθε στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο στα τέλη της δεκαετίας του ’50 και γνώρισε τον σύζυγό της Μαυρούδη.

Η κηδεία της θα γίνει τη Δευτέρα 13 Μαΐου 2024, (την ίδια μέρα που
πέθανε ο σύζυγός της το 2015) στις 12.30μμ, από τον καθεδρικό ναό της
Παναγίας, Wood Green, Trinity Road, London N22 8LB, και θα ακολουθήσει η ταφή στο κοιμητήριο New Southgate, Brunswick Park Road, New Southgate, N11 1JJ, στις 2.30μ.μ. Mετά την ταφή θα ακολουθήσει παρηγοριά στο The Penridge Suite, 470 Bowes Road, New Southgate, N11 1NL.
Αντί για λουλούδια, να γίνονται εισφορές για το Heart Foundation και για άλλες φιλανθρωπικές οργανώσεις.
