Man charged in connection with Co-op robberies in Brookmans Park
Matthew Pink, aged 37, of Brookside in South Mimms, has been charged and remanded in connection with two robberies that happened on 14 March and 10 May.
A second man, aged 38 and from London, has also been arrested in connection with the incidents and he has been bailed while enquiries continue.
Welwyn Hatfield Chief Inspector Pete Frost said: “My officers have been working hard to investigate a series of robberies at the Co-op in Brookmans Park. I know the incidents have caused much concern in the local area and so I am pleased to share this reassuring news with the public.”
