● The numerous events, neighborhood gatherings, local meetings and assemblies at the work place will all culminate on Monday 1 May with mass rallies and parades to be held in all the cities of the free areas of Cyprus, with the mass joint bicommunal event organised by PEO and the progressive trade union organisations in the UN-administered buffer zone Nicosia as the main focus!

● In the days leading up to the Workers May Day, assemblies in workplaces and mass gatherings, events, parades in districts and villages have been held all over Cyprus!

● This year’s Workers Day slogan is “Solidarity – Reunification – Social Justice”.
