Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters are tackling a fire in a waste sorting centre on Ardra Road in Edmonton.

Part of the rubbish bay is alight.

The Brigade was called at 0709. Fire crews from Edmonton and surrounding fire stations. The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
