Cyprus secures its first ever medal in World Athletics U20 Championships

Cypriot high jump athlete Styliana Ioannidou secured on Sunday Cyprus` first medal in world athletics championships under 20 years.

Ioannidou participated in the World Athletics U20 Championships and won for Cyprus the bronze medal.

In the women`s High Jump, the 17-year-old jumped 1,87 meters and secured the third position and the bronze medal.
