Two weeks on the trot Komi Kebir and Omonia have played one in the League and now in the Cup with both games being close fought battles with Omonia this time round coming up trumps winning through a second half penalty which was saved gloriously by the Komi keeper Vangelis but Omonia’s Chris Adamou followed up to score, Omonia now go on to play Olympia in the quarter finals.
Panthinakos beat Cinar 6-2 in the Cup midweek and now go onto play Nissi they played on Sunday in the league and beat Omonia Youth 5-2 with their goals coming from Farlie Nyumah 2, Andrew Yiasoumi, Jordan Campbell and Casey Samuels.
Anorthosis beat Pantel in the Cup 5-2 with their goals scored by Andre McCollins 3, Adem Ali 3 and Demetri Frangeskides.
Akanthou beat Nissi in the league 8-0 their goals coming from George Lataaya 2, Harrison Georgiou 2, Brandon Dujon, Ibrahim Sai, Harvey Simson and Adam Andreou.
