Whittington Health NHS Trust is inviting residents to have their say on proposed changes of location for some adults and children and young people’s services in Haringey, and the creation of a children and young people’s health centre at Tynemouth Road Health Centre.
The proposed changes would see the site at Tynemouth Road Health Centre renovated into a welcoming space for children and young people, with some services to be relocated there from Bounds Green Health Centre and St Ann’s Hospital.
Several of the adults services based at Tynemouth Road Health Centre would also be relocated to Lordship Lane Health Centre, and the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service would move to the Laurels Health Living Centre. This will allow people with co-morbidities to access mutliple services at once – for example, those with diabetes will be able to access leg ulcer and podiatry clinics at the same time.
Whittington Health want to hear from as many Haringey residents as possible. You can feedback through this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HaringeyEstates (external link).
