In the Larnaca derby AEK Larnaca v Anorthosis Famagusta on Saturday afternoon ended a goalless draw.

Struggling Apoel lost to the bottom of the league team before the weekend fixtures began Ethnikos Achna 3-2 at home in Nicosia. Apoel led 1-0 and equalised at 2-2 but failed to win.
Apoel goals came from Lundemo and Klonaridis and Ethnikos goals came from Majdevac and Zakpa two goals.
Paralini beat Ermis Aradippou 1-0 with a Panos goal in the 20th minute.

AEL are top on 48 points on superior goal difference to Apollon who have the same points.Omonia are third on 47 points and Anorthosis fourth on 44 points.
