President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades will pay Israel an one-day visit on Sunday, 14 February, upon the invitation of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to a press release by the Presidency, during his stay, President Anastasiades will have a meeting in the afternoon with Netanyahu during which they will discuss the latest developments in the Cyprus issue, bilateral relations, the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean, the efforts to address the coronavirus pandemic, as well as energy and tourism.

The President will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Christodoulides and Government Spokesman Kyriakos Koushos.
